We handle architectural design and construction with the construction team we work with. That means one point of contact from preliminary design through handover, and a budget that holds because the people writing it are the people building it.
It starts with a conversation about what the house has to do: how many bedrooms, how it gets used off-season, whether it will be rented. Out of that comes a preliminary design and a cost range per square metre, before you commit to anything.
Common questions
- Can I build if I do not live in Mexico?
- Yes, and it is what most of our clients do. It runs over video calls with photo progress reports. What does help is being on site at two or three key moments of the build.
- How long does a country house in Sayula take?
- It depends on size and finish, but for a single-storey house of 150 to 200 m² the usual range is ten to fourteen months from construction documents. The schedule comes with the budget.
