A line-item budget at real regional prices, whether you are building or remodelling.
A construction budget is not a number. It is a list of line items with quantities, unit prices, and a schedule. It does two jobs: it tells you whether the project is viable, and it gives you something to hold the next quote against.
We price it from suppliers in the area, not from Guadalajara costs and not from US costs. On the coast, freight, humidity, and local labour move the number enough that a generic budget is useless.
We also do this on existing construction, which is the more common case: someone has bought a house in Melaque and wants to know what it costs to bring it up to standard before closing.
Common questions
- Is it usable for a loan application?
- It works as technical backing for the cost, yes. Whatever the lender needs on top of that varies, and we check it before starting.
- Do I have to build with you?
- No. The budget is a standalone service and it is delivered complete, even if you then build with someone else. That is only fair, and that is how we run it.
